Homtex, Inc. warrants that Sovereign America disposable face masks when used in accordance with the instructions for use, shall be free from defects in workmanship or defects in materials and will perform in accordance with the product specifications.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• accident
• misuse or abuse
• altered or in any way physically changed
• failure to follow instructions for use
• unsuitable physical or operating environment
• failure caused by a product not supplied or manufactured by HomTex.
• other defects not related to materials or workmanship.
